Quadrant Four will provide 48 high-quality apartments in the heart of London’s West End.
General Information
Quadrant Four forms part of the Crown Estate’s redevelopment of southern Regent Street.
The project involves the refurbishment of a 1930s Art Deco hotel building to provide 48 luxury apartments. Work includes renovation of the existing facades and remodelling of the top five floors of the nine-storey building.
The building houses a gym on the ground and first floor which will remain operational throughout construction.
