The building allows the company’s 500 employees, who had previously been working out of two locations, to be consolidated under one roof.

The installation of electronic information stations on three floors of the building provided project team members with access to CGIs and fly-throughs of mocked-up areas, as well as drawings, specifications, risk assessments, method statements and live design information.
The Grande builds on our relationship with Drum Property Group, with projects including buildings for Phases 1 and 2 of The Prime Four Business Park at Kingswells.
The development won Bronze at the Considerate Constructors Scheme National Site Awards 2016.
