We’ll give you the chance to make your mark, to put into practice what you’ve learnt in the lecture theatre or classroom and to get a real feel for what you’ll be doing if you work for us.

If you’re hardworking, determined to succeed and relish responsibility, we’ll give you the vital experience you need
to kick-start your career.

You’ll have the chance to work on a variety of projects and our regional structure means opportunities are available on sites throughout the country.

Developing new skills that build on the theory you have learnt, you’ll enjoy the fun and camaraderie of working in one of our highly-experienced teams.

And while you’re finding out all about us, we’ll be learning about you, assessing your skills, progress and potential.

If you’re a student studying within the built environment, you can spend 8 to 12 weeks with us over the summer vacations starting to gain the construction experience that complements the theory you’ve been taught.

If you’re on a sandwich course and require a longer period of 6 or 12 months of Industrial Training, we’ll give you the opportunity to gain in-depth project experience and make your mark.

We also offer day release study opportunities to those who wish to blend construction experience with their higher education.

And if you can show you have what it takes to become a professional of the highest calibre, we’ll sponsor you through your studies and provide you with vacation/industrial training periods as well as the promise of a career when you graduate.
