This boutique office scheme in Mayfair is one of a series of projects undertaken for Grosvenor.
Finished to an impeccable standard, the refurbishment of 69 Grosvenor Street and 24 Grosvenor Hill in Mayfair provides more than1,300m2 of BREEAM ‘Excellent’ contemporary office space while incorporating numerous retained and refurbished period features.
In addition to the refurbishment of the two buildings, the project included the demolition and reconstruction of a fully glazed external link partition.
An exemplary safety record saw no reportable injuries recorded throughout the two-year project, the development also achieving a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
The project is one of a series of contracts undertaken for Grosvenor which include 33 Davies Street in Mayfair, Montrose Place in Belgravia, refurbishment of the Grade II listed Chantrey House in Victoria, 77 Grosvenor Street in Mayfair and Belgrave House in Victoria.
