As part of the regeneration of Glasgow’s East End, we are preparing the site for the city’s newest business hub.
A 34-acre brownfield site on London Road in Glasgow will be transformed into the new home for the Clyde Gateway East Business Park. Extensive enabling works will include installation of initial infrastructure, earthworks and drainage.
The site has lain unused for more than 30 years and was formerly home to Clyde Ironworks, once the biggest plant of its kind in Scotland.
We are offering local unemployed young people work opportunities on the project through an Employability Partnership Charter agreed with the local authorities and Glasgow East Regeneration Agency. The jobs and training provided will contribute to the area’s economic regeneration.
